Casey has been a tremendous help in dealing with insurance companies following a traumatizing accident last August. Originally I wasn't sure if my situation even warranted an attorney... I had this foolish notion that since the other guy was a nice guy and made a mistake any of us could've made, I shouldn't touch litigation or try to get money out of the deal. Please, do not make the same mistake I almost did... After being highly recommended by a close friend, I called Casey and agreed to meet up with him. While I had also contacted another attorney (a current judge in neighboring city) to meet up the day after, at lunch with Casey I changed my mind, and signed paperwork on the spot. In person, he doesn't give off the impression of a lawyer (that's a good thing!) but when you start seeing the paperwork his office starts sending, you know he knows what he's doing. At this time, we've gotten the maximum payout from the other guy's insurance, and are now continuing to go through my own insurance for more. If you want an attorney that gives you the impression that your situation is about helping you, and not just fighting another company, Casey is the one to go to.
